YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO BID. Go to QuantumTowAuctions.com and select the green register button. ­ If you need help or rush approval call 512-295-8697 and customer service will walk you through the process. Have your Driver's License number and expiration date ready.

HOW TO BID? Login to QuantumTowAuctions.com and click the “View” button on the dashboard to access the run list. Enter bids through either selecting a quick bid ($100), or entering a proxy (or maximum) bid.
 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WON THE BID? Login to QuantumTowAuctions.com to see which cars you won. Select “Vehicles Won” on your dashboard alerts. You can even print out an invoice from the site, see which cars you need to pick up etc.

HOW DO I PAY? We accept cash only. The auction will have the billing paperwork and the keys (if applicable) once payment is received.

HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY CAR? Usually the vehicles will be billed and ready for pickup by end of business on Thursday. If you need a rush, let the manager know. CARS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY. Any vehicle(s) left after this date will be subject to a $50 storage fee per day.
